Set in London, Mr Singh/Mrs Mehta is a story of two people - Ashwin [Prashant Narayanan] and Neera [Aruna Shields] who find their spouses are having an affair. Drawn together by shame and anger, they find comfort in their growing friendship. Eventually they have sex which continues for a long time. Later they are separated and Ashwin is shown making love in bed with his wife. The story seems dull and sex scenes of Aruna Shields are the main USP of the film.
Controversy
Upon the release of the movie, Censor board of India didnt allow the nude scenes to be shown in theatres, So those scenes were blurred in the movie.
